i;m still kind of in shock and unsure of how to react, we just got back from the doctor after multiple visits and he has decided my son has advanced intelligence which could be causing his adhd, and has prescribed an individual learning plan for school and some medication.
but in all reality, adhd is still what it is, regardless of how smart he is, so please, can someone tell me what to expect. after talking with the doctor, all these things that make me cry, all the stress caused by what i thought was just my son being himself, just the way he is, all the things that make me break down because i feel like a bad parent, turns out to have a name and i really don't know what to think... any advice? ↓
