Hello, I posted this a couple of days ago and no one responded. We have been giving my son 1 Fluid Ounces of GoJi Juice a day for 3 days and he has improved. Of course the smallest improvement is hude for us, but he is. I don't know if it is the GojI juice (Vit B's) but it he started when we started gining it to him. Thought I would pass that on.

Hello Clarissa, you buy it at the heath food store. If you wait until tonight I will tell you which brand I purchase. It is very expensive though, about 45 bucks (CND) a bottle. I will post it tonight.

Alright thank you! It don't matter the cost. I'am willing to try anything that is not harmful. I'am also from Canada so I hope we can also buy it here. Thanks so much!

Also I was wondering iam not sure how your son sleeps at night but my son does not sleep well at all. He is on no meds. We have tryed Melatonine but that does not seem to be working. He offten wakes up screaming like he is in alot of pain. The docs say it is night tremors but we know they are not. We have him on a Gf/Cf diet and was wondering if you knew of anything else we could try?

My Daughter had night terrors for 2 years. Or that's what we tought they where. The best thing we found was to put on a video she liked and it would distract her, she would then cuddle and fall asleep again. They could last anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes. AS far as the GoJi juice goes........I think it is the Vit B's in it that helps a little. It may just be coinsidence but there has been some inprovment since he has been on it. Mix it with juice for sure.

Jack's Story....

After the 12 mos. vaccines my son gradually slipped into autism. He was head-banging, hand-flapping, twirling, lost speech, lost eye contact and he just withdrew.

Now two years later.... no head-banging, no twirling, no flapping, has eye contact and is starting to verbalize again. And... he has Down Syndrome to boot. :) Yes... even kids with DS get autism. Actually they get it at a higher rate.

What helped him? First I give God praise.... our son wouldn't be here without Him and we prayed and I believe He guided us. Second... supplements. Especially cod liver oil. I recommend Green Pastures CLO with the X factor. Check out Dr. Mary Megson's work on the web. http://www.diet-studies.com/megson.html Our Jack healed gradually... but he is healing. I actually had to make myself GET USED TO him not twirling everything any more!

Also check out Dr. Amy Yasko's work. www.holistichealth.com

We give Jack alot of supps - cod liver oil, probiotic, magnesium citrate, tart cherry and recently we added cilantro. He takes some other things too but each child is unique. It helps to find a good naturopathic MD or chiropractor.

Don't give up. There is hope! And... I will be frank here.... many mainstream doctors know squat about how to heal autism. Don't let that throw you. There are people who do know how to help. God bless you! Love, Jack's Mom :)

Hello, my name is Debbie. I just read your post and found it very interesting. I have a 4Yr old son who is at the moment being tested for Autism. I am giving my son a product that is called goyin. (not goji)
goyin is a specific blend of 16 asian superfruits and herbs, ( one of which is the goji berry or Lycium Berry) This blend has been made using Traditional Asian Medicine practices. The result is a delicious drink that delivers healthy energy, mood enhancement, and powerful antioxidant protection. Goyin is designed to assist the body in maintaining harmoniuos balance.
There have been clinical trails done and the results are just amazing.
I can not recommend it highly enough, I love it and my son is starting to show benefits too!

This sounds really interesting, I would love to try my boys on it. Can you mix it with normal dilute orange? My youngest is quite fussy and not a big drinker anyway so I was wondering if it has a strong taste, whether he would drink it.
I wonder if it would freeze ok into ice lollys?

Hello Crofty.....It doesn't taste bad but it is a bit of a strong taste. My son is the same way, picky. We mixed 1 full oz of GoJi juice in with 5 or 6 full oz. of his regular juice. He seemed to drink it with out any real issue. BTW...........we did see an improvement in his eye contact as well as his stimming. It settled down but did not go away.
