Does anyone know why autistic kids lay on their side when playing on the floor. My son does it and one of his therapists said that she has several other autistic kids that do the same thing. Any clue?

Absolutely.. It is a spatial sensory imbalance. Many autistic children do not know their center of gravity.. It causes imbalances. Sensory Integration Therapy should correct the problem.
