Dear mysonblaise,

Try to calm down yourself. It is very hard at the beginning. It is very easy to get crazy when you wait for your son's result. Try to go to TACA ( talk about cure autism) web site and you will find a lot of hope from it. I have two very smart girls ( 19 and 5 ) and one son with autism (4 years old). He is smart now and can go to mainstream school. It is very important to get him the best treatment as soon as possible.

Your son is still young. I think he will do well like my son. Don't forget bio-medical. The most important one. TACA web site teach you everything. Don't be so sad. I think my son is nearly recover. I just treat him like normal child.

I don't think your daughter will have problem. But keep an eye on it. Don't let her eat a lot of sea food.
My daughter helps my son a lot. She teaches him and plays with him. They are very good friends. I think your little one will helps you too.

It is very hard for new parents with autism son. Everyone hopes my son just delays. But looking back now, I find it is very important to get him the best treatment. Who cares what is the name for it ?

Hope I can help you!

Emily
