| How old is your son? Is he receiving speech therapy? My son used to see a speech therapist once a week and we got exercises to practice at home. I'm not sure what "delayed echolalia" is though. Good luck? ↑ |

| Have they checked his hearing? If his speach is not clear, he may not be hearing yours clearly. ↑ |
