From your experience, what time is good for 4-5 year olds? Weekend days, or right after school (half-day)? Is an evening party, say from 6-7:30, asking for trouble? ↓

Between 6-7:30 is not asking for trouble because most kids are pretty hyper around that time it's normally right after dinner so there full of energy so if you have a party then he/she can run off there energy. ↑

From my experience, the best time would be on weekend.
But, if you have extra $$, you can organise it at McD, even more easier nad the children is having fun too!!
I organize my children's birthday (3 years and 10 years) at MCd, they able to invite their school freind, which they will love it!! ↑
