hey whatever you do don't try to keep it from her. tell her in peace and quiet and ask her what to do. if shes a good friend she'll support you or if she isn'tdon't EVER talk about him in front of her or things could get ugly.
if it were me my motto is friends first. like that quote. "boys come and go but friends are forever" its so true. never put the boy first unless your specific friend isn't a good friend and is really mean to you thatn the nicer more loved one should come first. ↑ |

| Saysay,to be popular you must be friendly,carry chewing gum,(enough for you and your friends),smile alot,wear designer clothes,shoes,jackets,jewelry,perfume,etc.,act happy,introduce great ideas/solutions,drive a cool car,have a cell phone,and always look great,(hair,make-up,etc.) Have kick ass slumber parties with great music that all the girls love,movies they want to see on hand,tons of junkfood and soda,and a nice room to hang in!!!! ↑ |

| Ok. I'm not popular, but not a nerd either. I'm friends with the popular kids, but i have no desire to be one of them. I'm 12 almost 13. I'm not intersted in boys.....we'll not many of them anyway. I like this boy that is smart,funny,ect. He's not popular either. At my school the only people that "go out" our the popular people, sure some of my friends have but not a lot. I dont want to go out w/ this boy just because, i want to because i LIKE him, a lot.During 8th period he sat next to me *smiley face* then when we changed seats he STILL sat next to me! We did a HUGE lab together! then we did a baby lab together, ect. It seems that i'm also partaners with him. I just dont no how to ask him out, or if i should. My popular friends say i should,because i'm almost positive that he likes me too. But im also positive he's not the type of person who would want ot go out! I like him soooo much that i made a joke at our science table that we were going out but we "broke" up. hey um I'm almost 12 years old and I'm starting to worry about when dating will start. I know alot about college and high school kids dating, but what about middle school? I just don't know how it all works. Do boys pay for EVERYTHING or just the meal and
