Hi Ladies, I am pregnant for the first time and plan on breastfeeding. I have breast implants that are placed under my pec muscles. I was told at the time of surgery that I shouldnt have a problem breastfeeding. My doctor is also aware of this and my intentions to breastfeed- the only thing she said could be a problem, is the ability to produce enough milk. Has anyone else had a similar experience that they could share.

I also have breast implants under the muscle and I am currently breastfeeding my 3 week old daughter. When I had my other daughter five years ago I didn't have the implants. The only difference I found was that with my first daughter I had engorgement bad. I went from like a small B breast to a D with milk. But after a while my body adjusted to the right amount of milk. This time, with the implants, I had no engorgement and I only went from a D to a DD now. My breast are not huge and swollen this time and I still have enough milk for my baby. I think it's been better with the implants.

What I'm woundering about is how do your breast look after 9 months of breastfeeding. I'm afraid they will be really lose and saggy. I want to breastfeed my third like I did with the first two but I don't want to mess up the augmantation. Does anyone have answers for me? Thanks
