My daughter is at risk of having Down Syndrom. VERY VERY slight risk, but nonetheless I would like some information on this :) Was wondering if you can still bf a down syndrome child and if you can birth vaginally or if she will have to be born via c-section.

I don't think that you have to have a c-section with a Downs Syndrome child. They're no different from any other baby when it comes to being born. Before they could ultrasound, Downs babies were born naturally.

You should be able to breastfeed...unless they have problems attaching or sucking then can pump & feed...is your best!!! food for your little one!!!
