| Learn as much as you can about it before you have your baby. Don't leave it until you've given birth - you still have time. Contact your local hospital to find out if they have breastfeeding classes and take a look at the La Leche League website. ↑ |

| Another place you can ask for help is your local Health Department they have nurses there every day during office hours. Don't be afriad to ask for help when you are in the hospital having the baby. the nurses there are trained to help you and your baby learn how. Just don't give up, it's hard at first(the first night) but it gets easier. Just remember you are both learning how. ↑ |
