Among other AMAZING benefits breastfeeding also helps with obtaining your prepregnancy weight quicker. Always remember BREAST IS BEST!! If you ever need info or support please let us know we are here for you!!

It's been two weeks since my baby was born and I am at my pre-pregnancy weight and I am breast feeding. I don't know if it's from the breast feeding but I think it helps. My weight however is spread out differently, my stomach is smaller than pre-pregnancy ( I had a chunky tummy before) but my butt and boobs are now bigger.

I gained 60 lbs during my pregnancy and lost 65 lbs by 6 months post-partum through breastfeeding alone. It really works miracles. The first 20 lbs I lost immediately after the birth though.
