when i had my son, i was told at the hospital if you wasn't going to breast feed (which i wasn't) that they would give you a shot to dry your milk up. well, they didn't and i had the same problem (with my breast). i called to my dr. and they said that the shot had led to breast cancer and so forth. they told me to use the oldest trick in the book.....cabbage leaves. well, i went out and got some and put on my breast. within a day they were feeling SOOO much better, and my milk dried up in a couple of days. good luck!!!!

i didn't nurse my sons and trust me i know the PAIN!! they took bags of ice in garbage bags and taped them around me...it was cold as hell but it eventually dried the milk up..don't pump, your body will just make more milk...it's on a supply and demand basis so if you pump your body will just make more
