Can a woman lactate without being pregnant, either naturally or can it be induced by some natural phenomenon or drug?

A girl who works here is very embarrassed and has wet spots on her blouse. Another woman here is trying to counsel her. She says she has never had sex and her breasts have milk. Is this possible? She is 19 and very thin.

I know for sure that there are some medications that can cause both men and women to lactate, but I don't know off-hand the names of them. She should see a doctor. ↑
