My Son is 3 months old I guess going through a growth spurt he fights to feed he will not stay on long enough for me to produce more milk what to do

Check out the Baby Gagging thread. I am wondering if your let down may be heavy. Do you squirt a lot when first nursing? Like when he pulls from the breast does your milk squirt everywhere or forcefully? This is usually the culprate. Also check to make sure you haven't added anything new to your diet. different type of food? vitamins? supplements?
If you have a pump I would definitely say start pumping if he refuses the breast to keep up your supply. Pump when he would normally eat.
Way to continue to breastfeed! You are doing an amazing thing for both of you!
