| i din't have to lose any weight when i gave birth. i only gained 10lbs, and i was too skinny fbefore so if i had lost the weight i would have looked sickly. I have no idea what it's like to have to lose weight, so i really can't help ya ↑ |
| aparantly breast feeding burns up to 1000 calories a day so if i were you i would just limit your fat intake and increase your exercise. Just make sure you keep up your fluid intake. ↑ |
