Forget it! I am not going to skip meals! I thought about it and my little girl needs her nourishment. I will exercise and make better choices when it comes to food. I just have to train my body that just because I am up in the middle of the night with the baby, it is not time to eat! LOL

i din't have to lose any weight when i gave birth. i only gained 10lbs, and i was too skinny fbefore so if i had lost the weight i would have looked sickly. I have no idea what it's like to have to lose weight, so i really can't help ya

aparantly breast feeding burns up to 1000 calories a day so if i were you i would just limit your fat intake and increase your exercise. Just make sure you keep up your fluid intake.

Skipping meals can actually hurt your chances of losing weight. It also produces a chemical which can go into your milk. Modify your diet before you skip a meal.

Did you breastfeed or did your child not survive the pregnancy?
Skipping meals will not hurt your supply but it will hurt your mind. Breastfeeding is a once in a lifetime beautiful experience. weightloss anytime in life. Love your baby
