The simple answer, yes you can. It is called relactation and there is a 65% success rate. You will need to put baby to breast each time you feed, pump often, & try and find some fenugreek or & mother's milk. Another thing to look into is a SNS (supplemental nursing system). This is a bottle type thing that holds formula or breastmilk and a tube wraps down to the nipple so baby is breastfeeding while getting their food even when there is nothing in the breast. The stimulation of the baby sucking at the breast helps with relactation.

You can also try wit hthe Fenugreek some Blessed Thistle. In combination it works really well.
Also sleep with baby and let nurse all night or just cuddle bare chest. It will stimulate. Do this until your milk comes in again. Or longer if you choose.
