Yesterday i found out that my ex: husband is going to be granted primary custody. and i joint legal custody. Our daughter has been in my care for 7 years and i don't understand as to why a 730 evaluation can determine that she be removed from my home. i have read and read the report over and over again and i just don't see it. i know that i have made mistakes but not bad enough for her to be removed. he has made for worse and no one seems to see that. My daughter for the past 7 years wakes up at my house and eat sleeps bathes schools and socializes here. why should she have to start over. i heart is bleeding i don't know what to do any more i have exhausted all funds to fight and i have to new additions to our family (not with my ex). someone please tell me that you understand....

Of course I understand. She's your baby. You want her to be with you, under your care, in the stable environment she's used to. It's not right they're removing her from your care. It makes no sense to me, but then I don't know the full story. But from what you have said, that seems cruel and unneccessary. Children, especially daughters, belong with their mothers whenever possible.

You must have done something wrong!!!! Obviously, or the child would be still with you.
