Nope he can not stop you from moving if you move before any of the custody papers are filed. He can request that you nor him remove the children from the state you live in without prior notice to each party. But if you don't move or don't speak up in the court papers before the judge signs them he could slide into the papers and the judge might agree with him! JUST DON'T SIGN OR AGREE TO ANYTHING WITHOUT READY EVERY TINY WORD. ↑ |
