MONEY, MONEY,MONEY. Greed. Money, mommy. petty petty petty. Two households. Two families. Get it? Deal with it and leave the other family alone. Get on with life and try to be a grateful and happy person. Try. For the kid(s).

What are the activities exactly? You have a new man. Are they calling him dad or Joe or what? If he is being called dad, ask him for the extra measely few dollars. Think of your kids and stop fighting about things like this It isn't an appealing quality to nit pick. Not every kid has every thing they want in life. Your ex shouldn't have to break his back to support you and your new husband and household. Money doesn't grow on trees and just because you have a child or two does not always get you a world of endless wealth at the expense of someone elses hard work. Have you ever heard of the word compromise?

No you are not wrong to ask to split the costs of your children's activities. He should be more than willing to promote them in their successes.

We just found out that my stepdaughter isn't spending any nights with her mother and step dad and she expects us to continue to pay her her full CHILD support for her. Do you think its worth taking her back to court on and his ex wife and taken back to the past for MORE child support because she lied about her income and her new husband has bad credit but she just recently bought a 2010 Ford 4X4 do you think that if we took her back to court and pulled that loan app for the truck we could have the child support dropped if she listed a high amount as her income to get the truck]

Has anyone ever lost child support just because they didn't reprt it?

Reason: mother has been bouncing from job to job over last 5 years. i have been trying to get along with her, and prove to my daughter that im the bigger person. i have been very lienient on her for too long.

I guess its difficult for me to read this because I am on the other side of the coin. I am the mom and through lies and manipulation my ex received primary physical custody and I must pay him child support. I can barely make ends meet, often time picking which bills to pay this month. Perhaps the kids could decrease their activities a little or spread them out more, such as possibly playing in other community leagues other than school sponsored that are spaced out throughout the year. Just an idea.

Deadbeat mom files child support on a possible father after 17 years and three months. Her parents raised the child and her and the child do not speak. if she gets the order the child will not see a penny. Child does not get her foodstamps mother uses them. If he is the father is there anything he came do so the grandparents get the money and not the mother?
