I have a freind that was left with 3 children to raise.
He could not afford a lot for them. So he never left from under his mothers roof in order to profide for the children. 13 years has gone by.His Ex is over 10 years behind on child support. The has been the backbone and only mother figure in these kids lives.
However he may be passing on here before long. Could happen any day unfortanly. He has ask me to seek kmowledge on how to get his Ex's rears and futrure dues awarded to his mother in case of the worse situation may happen. Since she has been the only Mother figure in their lives. Folks I am serious! This mother of these children literaly laughs and smiles about his wellbeing. Could anyone give us reputal advise on this matter on nessary action to take.It needs prompt attention.
