Long story short...I left my ex almost 2 years ago bc he used to abuse me & is a serious alcoholic.He loves to drive while he's drunk & doesn't care who is in the truck with him when he's driving.We have a 7y/o daughter.He's never paid child support & rarely sees her.He followed me & harrassed me every where I went.I've moved 4 times in 16 months running from him.He filed for custody in another county giving them a false address for me so I didn't know about the hearing.So they awarded him temporary custody.Only letting me visit my daughter every other week.He then went to another county & filed for an order of protection & got it too.He is now refusing my visits.I haven't been able to talk to or see her in 58 days.I can't afford a lawyer.I was turned down by legal aid & pro bono lawyers.He as recently filed a false police report on me.But the officer knows it & is pressing charges on him.I can't afford a lawyer for help.I am scared to death of what he's going to do with my daughter.He drinks from the time he gets up until he passes out every night.Please can someone tell me where to turn now.I'm afraid...lost..& missing my daughter....... ↓
