Hello everyone,
I have been separated from my soon to be ex wife for 1 year and 5 months. since this time i have been seeing our 3 year old son 2 days a week for a total of 3 hours per week at a /mcDonald's playground supervised by her and her mother.
There is no talk exchanged between us what soever. I first paid a lawyer to help with the separation, but got no where and wasted 3000 dollars. Then I got a negotiator to try to help and have paid out 3500 with no success in terms of settling the time that i seek with my son alone. The settlement of the home also looks bleak.
I walked out on my wife due to her abusive relationship towards me, which was verbal, emotional, and on 3 occasions physical.
I don't have much more funds to keep paying people for legal help. What can I do to protect my rights as a father and co-owner of the house? ↓
