My bf is 40 and I am 24. He was in the process of telling her he wanted a divorce but it so happened that I came into the picture - within 2 weeks of meeting me, he told her he wanted a divorce. My point is, I had nothing to do with it however, I can see how everyone would see that. He has three young kids with her.

Over the course, she has become very annoying, constantly attacking, intruding and trying to control him with the kids. Because it is his kids, he seems to give into her ways sometimes (seldom more than often) but it doesn't stop.

At any given time, she can call/text/email about 15 times per day asking about the same issue - after he has dealt with it the day before. She constantly calls me a child, even though I am a very responsible adult, at 39 she makes 65k with three kids and I am 24 and I already make 60k and going for my masters. She always emails him saying I am making her jealous even though i have never communicated with her EVER..she still feels like this man is his husband and I am quite frankly getting tired of both of them. I love him very much, but I can see this being an issue when the kids come into play.

We already live together but I leave every other weekend because I have not been introduced to the kids. The divorce is now is progress, so he wants to ensure all of his eggs are covered. To be quite honest, I don't want to meet the kids just yet... a bit pressuring for me... I am not sure I am ready to deal with my "my mom hates you, I hate you".. etc

I need to find a way to not deal with her constant nagging, I am fearful she will use the kids and ensure that they don't have a good relationship with me moving forward. I am also fearful she will continue to try and nag us until she is able to find a man to distract her. How can I keep sane thorough this ordeal?

THanks,
Natasha
