My wife and I are getting a divorce. We have one child (3 yold) and we agreed politely on the main topics. However, I also agreed for her to take my daugther 2000 miles away in another state... Of course we have agreed on alternating visits and cost. I would see my kid around 60 days or so (one week and 2 months or so). I let her do that in a first place to be close to her family.. now she is already dating someone before filling (I agreed to that too). Is this totally unrealistic and may be to naive and stupid from me? Any protective measure I should take efore filing? ↓
