After 7 yrs of late support I turned my ex into the state. They re evaluated what he is supposed to be paying and it is SUPPOSED to be $2200 a month!!! He made over $800,000 a year for the last 3 yrs. He has only paid $500 a month for two kids which is not fair to me or my kids at all. I do not want to break my ex,,,,I just asked that he be fair and do the right thing. My husband pays over $600 a mth on one kid on a 37000 a yr income so I really feel like my ex is screwing me and the kids over. I honestly feel like with what he makes $1000 a month is fair. With the economy in the state it is in it takes so much just to buy groceries. Please PLEASE give me your honest opinion. ↓

I really need some advice....like I stated above my ex only pays $500 for two kids and he makes alot of money, but the problem is if I take him to court for what is a fair amount they will give him our kids the entire summer!!! We only live 5 miles apart and he has always been given open visits, but he is using keeping the kids from me for the summer to keep his support down!!! I really don't know what to do. I work 3 jobs and he is always going on cruises and buying new cars trucks etc, so I don't think asking him to pay a fair amount is wrong. He says "just tell me what they need and I will buy it" but he won't and really..who wants to ask their ex for anything?!?!?! ↑
