my question is i have been recently been served with a summons for child support . on the sumons it has both kids name one is 7 the othr is 3. so when i went to court the lawyer i guess who was representing my ex wife and public assistance is asking for support for the oldest kid. Why dont they ask for the 3yr old. we are seperated for 3yrs now and its puzzling i need some help anybody

Why didn't you ask at the time you were there in court? It would have been the perfect time!!!!! Well I'd say the 3 year old must not be yours then so looks like you get off a little cheaper,enjoy!! If it bugs you call and ask your ex.
