theres no way to shut off your feelings. Its going to hurt and the only thing that will make it easier is time. I felt the same way with my divorce after 10 years of marriage. I thought i would never feel happy again but you will. Try to keep yourself busy and give yourself time to heal. I hope things work out in the best for you and your family

I am sorry to hear about your seperation. Even though this sounds like such a cliche, time is the only thing that heals. One thing to consider is....do you need to be seperated?
Good Luck

Find him and punch him in the nut-sack. That'll make you feel better.

Ouch! I know how you feel! It's the worst feeling in the world. Is it really him you want back or are you just not wanting to be alone?Try to find something to occupy your time and get out of the house as much as you can. If it is meant to be then you will eventually end up together again. If you are separated because it wasn't working for either one of you anymore then maybe you should try and meet new people, not for dating just yet but just making new friendships can help because it reminds you that there are more people in the world than just the circle you do mingle with and from that who knows what new people will enter your life, you might be surprised?!
