normally these days if you go a certain amount of time over your due date, they'll induce labor.. im not sure how many days you have to go before they decide to induce.. it is an option though if you talk it over with your doctor... but i have seen/heard having sex does the trick, or taking like teaspoon of castor oil (YUCK!)
