KK. So normally i have my period on the 3rd or 4th of every month. This time about 9 days before my normal day to start it again, i started having what i thought was my period. Now normally its only 3 day long in total. This time it was 7 days long but so light i only used a pad twice. But the first day there was a little clotting then just very light. I took a pregnancy test yestersday. So three days before my normal period and it came back negative. My partner and i were together every weekend in july and august but he works out of town.

I WILL GO TO DOCTOR as soon as I can get into a bigger town as where I am there is only one doctor, and hes not exactly on my favorite list.

A little history... last year i was pregnant for 2 1/2 months and had no clue, as i had regular period. I lost it within a week of finding out i was and that was purely by accident. A few of us were joking around about the dollar store test and .....

I am 27. So am ready if it is. But should I go for a blood test or is this just my period changing as I have been under ALOT of stress lately. But then again my life is normally stressed so....

It could be either or. It's funny you mentioned dollar store tests, some women find the need to buy tests that cost a ton of money. I used a dollar store test for both of my pregnancies and both times worked! My first child I found out a little after I was 5 weeks, and my second I found out BEFORE I even missed my period! Stress can certainly change your period in many ways. A lot of females who STRESS about possibly being pregnant make their period late, or change other aspects of it. So stress of any kind could also do that. To be on the safe side, keep an eye out for other suddle changes in how you feel. As a procautionary, as you wait to figure out if you indeed are pregnant, act as if you are (IE, don't drink, do drugs, watch your caffiene intake, and so on). Best of luck.
