| People put on between 10-15 kgs in the duration of pregnancy, you are fine. If you are concerned though talk to your midwife and see what she says about it. I am sure you are fine. ↑ |

| HI! I'm due 1/26/06 and I just had my 20 week appt. and I gained 9 pounds since my last appt. 4 weeks ago! Obviously, I had a bit of a growth spirt (that's what I'm calling it..LOL). So I have gained a total of 14 pounds (EHHH!) ↑ |
| hi jennifer. thats what happened to me on my last two pregnancies. i had one month that i gained 11 pounds. my doc freaked. this time around i have been lucky but have also tried to stay away from fast food and sweets as much as possible. i am already overweight and the doctor only wants me to gain about 15. i have about 18 weeks left and about 11 pounds to gain. that doesnt seem possible, but i will try. ↑ |
