Yes, I know a girl that has two uterus's. She was pregnant with one baby and her doctor told her she could get pregnant in her other uterus at any time so she needed to be careful. Isn't that crazy??

I had a friend that was born at the same time as her sister. However I am not sure how they determined this, but my friends mother was pregnant with my freinds sister 1st and then a month later she conceived my friend. She carried her babies 10 months not 9 and when they were born my friend was born with a small hole in her throat that leaked occassionally, and her sister has a lot of mental health issues and lives in assisted living housing.

7after giving birth to my baby two years ago had contractions very painful one two three and four mos. after delivery. heavy blood clotts and feeling something kicking inside and moving. Told doctors and they said my uterus was going back to normal. I thought I had an undetected twin left behind. is this possible? How long would the fetus
be able to survive if so?

i just found out that i have 2 uteruses. i just had my first baby by C-section on Nov.20th. I went into the hospital with pre-eclampsia and my water broke at 33 weeks so they decided to take him out. When they opened me up, they discovered that i had 2 uteri. the baby was in the upper one and there was no room left, thats why my water broke so early.

I've never heard of that condition before. It's kind of neat that someone could be pregnant 2 times over. Although best to be careful if you're not wanting a double pregnancy!

Yes, I have two uterus (uteri??) and have had a healthy child, no problems, excpet for a caesarean. i was never told that i could get pregnant whilst already pregnant in the other uterus, assuming ovulation was hormonally driven anyway.

My daughter in law has a bicornial uterus. She has had 3 miscarriages. She also has a mutent gene which produces blood clots. We are wondering if the bicornial uterus is causing the miscarriages. She has been taking aspirn for the blood clotting. If anyone knows about this could you email me? thanks, Linda from ohio. my email address : [email protected]

I'm not sure..but i got my period about 3 months ago, and have had two periods for this month. Is it because it is irregular, or I have two uterus'?

Hi, my name is Tina and I also have this condition. I had 2 uteruses but only one was connected to a cervix so the other one was just a ball of mass, and the doctors removed it with my left tube and ovary. I was only born with one kidney also. I now have 2 children, I had my first natural(really natural no drugs) and the 2nd one through a c-section because her fluid was low. I would love to talk with someone else with this condition please feel free to email me at: [email protected]

This just goes to show that just when you thought you heard everything, there's somethings that make you feel like a newborn

Name: tina | Date: Jan 11th, 2006 6:24 PM
well I have two seperate uterus ....and I have had two successful pregnancy's with no doctor suggesting such nonsense !!!! you have to ovulate to conceive ...so unless this girl has two sets of ovaries connected to two sets of uteri then the only chance of being pregnant in both would be NONE
