Hi, the tests vary a bit but not much. Generally once your period is one day late you can test effectively. Remember, no such thing as a false positive only a false negative. If you want to test earlier then bloodwork is your best shot. I just found out I am expecting and I did the test after a week went by with no period. Let me know if you have any other questions ( this is my 3rd pregnancy :-) ) ↑ |
p.s : some tests claim to work 4 days before a missed period....clearblue makes one I believe?? ↑ |
One more thing lol...just because you ovulate doesn't mean that pregnancy will take. Sometimes the sperm gets to the egg and then the egg doesn't attach to the uterus and is reabsorbed and sometimes the egg never get fertilized and so on...it works out that the average woman has a 75-85% chance of conceiving within 1 year and 20% with in 3 months (along those lines). Your very best best...wait one more week! I hope you get what you are hoping for, either way. Cheers! ↑ |
