We got a notice that important paperwork was trying to be delivered through this Deputy. It says its from the constable. What does this mean? It could be for anyone in the house hell there are 3 adults here. But Im scared to death now. All I know they do is serve law suits. Is there more to it. I know I havent done anything but it is scaring the shit out of me.
What else do they do?

I may be wrong...but I think only Texas has constables......and I beleive they are like lower than a sherief but higher than a rent a cop.......I THINK, LOL I lived in texas years ago......and may be very off on thes subject.......but I do know one of my mothers many boyfriends beat her up one night and a constable came out?????/ Why would you guys be sued?
