| Hey Noemi! I can relate and tell you that this is my third pregnancy and will be my first successful full term pregnancy at that. I have had 2 miscarriages before...One at 18 weeks and One at 22 weeks. The most recent miscarriage at 22 weeks was in March of 2009 and yes it was tragic but only 3 short months later I learned that I was pregnant again and all I could think about is fear and weakness thinking God i cant lose another baby it will crush me. I was so apprehensive but now I am 37 weeks pregnant and due anytime...actually I am currently having contractions and have been the last week but only 20 minutes apart. This pregnancy I haven't had any problems whatsoever and of course having had 2 tragedies I ask millions of questions to the Obgyn to make sure the baby is ok. I am having a little boy and couldn't be happier! So after 2 tragic losses I had lost the fear long ago especially when i started feeling him move around in my belly. He is my little miracle and you just have to hope and pray that you will come out of your slump to welcome your new little loved one. I too had two miscarriages, one at 8 weeks the other at 11 I was so frighted to get pregnant again but so badly wanted to start a family, well im now 1 day overdue!!!! 40 weeks and 1 day, i had a bleed at 6 weeks and again at 8 weeks with this pregnancy and just thought ooo ok well this is me and this is what happens i bleed i miscarry everyone says how sorry they are then i try again.....so when i saw my little ones heartbeat on the scan i was OVERWELMED! its the best feeling ever, i have had all tests done before this pregnancy and my dr said the miscarriages were just "bad luck" i used to get so annoyed when people would say that!
But i want you to know that your chances of carrying this pregnancy full term are really really good and im so sure you have had all your bad luck and now its your turn to be a super mum!!! try and relax, STOP checking for bleeding....... yes i did it too!!! just let nature do its thing and create a beautiful baby ! I know how you feel though stay strong hun and know that just becuase of two miscarriages this doesnt mean this pregnancy is going to end bad.....CONGRATUALTIONS by the way! x ↑ |
| hi i had a miscarriage in oct and iv just found out that im 4 weeks pregnant so i no how your feeling but a lot of women have miscarriage and go on to have a health pregnancy, i know someone who just had a baby after 3 miscarriage so there luck out there !!!!!!!!!!!. ↑ |
| i feel for you noemi... i miscarried twice as well... one at 16 weeks and 4 days while the 2nd one was at 22 weeks.. it was truly a tragic experience.. its good to find this forum and find out that some women had miscarriages twice but has still manage to have a baby full term on the next pregnancy.. mama2bee is right... it's good to hear about your experience.. our first 2 losses were almost at the same time... congratulations!... ↑ |
| hi everyone, i would just like to share my story... i was the one who comment earlier.. i had 2 losses but now i'm having pregnancy symptoms.. the sad thing is i'm getting a negative test result on 3 HPTs to date.. my LMP was june 10, 2010 and still counting.. i started to feel the symptoms at around 3rd week of july.. i suddenly don't like to eat onions and hate it's smell when i usually don't.. i started to pee a lot which im %100 sure i don't have UTI coz i just had my urinalysis last june 5th, 2010 and it was normal... i've been feeling sick and extremely tried and sleepy lately.. anyone who has experienced the same thing?.. i've heard some women didn't get a Positive result like 3 months but after ultrasound found out a baby inside.. i'm having mixed emotions.. i wanted to visit my Obgyne but i feel like i want to wait a little bit more bcos i don't want to get any false hopes or answers... anyone please help... thanks much............ ↑ |
