Well today it has been really sharp, and pretty constant.....I was just wondering if any of yall have experienced this, and what is might be. It feel's kinda like a pulled muscle, but I know I haven't done n/e thing to pull a muscle........

I have had that and sometimes still do. The pain is so sharp that while you are having it for like a few seconds you are afraid to breath in or out. You just cant move. Is that how it feels?

Yeah that's exactly it!! I don't even want to take a deep breath, but It feels like I have to, but it hurts!!! It's constant too, and I just got sick and it hurts even worse.... I called my dr. and I think my mom is going to bring me in

I also have this once in awhiled. Could be anxiety, I was diagnose with anxiety about 2 years ago. Try relaxing and taken slowly breath in and out. I usually sit down, close my eyes and try to concentrate on the situation. If it's anxiety it will go away.

Otherwise it might just be an air bubble, you can try to take a deep breath, then let it out all the very quickly. It'll hurt but you'll feel a pop and instantly feel better.

Well, I went to the ER and they took a chest x-ray and did an EKG and they both came back normal, but they told me if I get worse in the middle of the night, to come back in and they would do a scan to test for blood clots..... But I still have an appointment w/ my dr. in the morning, I'll let yall know what happens....

Ok I had this with my first pregnancy. I didnt have any problems till I got preg than it got worse and worse. 2 weeks after I delievered I went to the ER with the chest pains and they did a Ultrasound and found my gull bladder was full of stones. I had to have it removed before the pains would go away. The doc said it was common for young girls who get pregnant to have to have it removed and after they removed it I never had the pains again. So maybe it could be that. You can ask your doc about it. It wont hurt. I just know thats what my problem was and it made labor 2times worse cause I would have those pains and contractiosn or those pains in between contractions. So just ask them if that could be it.

well I went to my dr. today and they said that is could be bad heart burn.... but I'm thinking it could'a been an air bubble like ethansmom said, cause I woke up today and it didn't hurt like at all..... but I think it could also be the baby lying on a nerve, cause sometimes my legs and hands feel kinda like there falling asleep...!!??!! What do yall think?

babygirl26 how far along are you?

I am 15 weeks along with my second child and actually have been dealing with my hand mainly falling to sleep. This happened with my first child but it didn't start until closer to the end of my pregnancy. The last month my hand were completely numb and swollen. When my son was born it completely went away.

Could definately be linked to heart burn or as mentioned an air bubble. I actually had alot of issue with this towards the last few months on my pregnancy with my son because of the pressure that was being put on my stomach. Until the baby drops everything is pretty much being pushed up. And if you lucky once the baby drops you'll get the relieve of it. I unfortunately never did. My son had very little room and even when he dropped he was still in my ribs.
