Some women don't know they're pregnant at 6 weeks. I know more women who don't get sick during their pregnancy, I am not one of them.

six weeks there is not that much hormone in you, and it all depends on how your body reacts to it. You are blessed.

Well, Your lucky I don't remember much about my first pregnancy but morning sickness, and I think I am pregnant again, I've missed my period, never missed it for more than one day, but the strangest thing is, I don't feel pregnant the slightest bit, and usually when I'm about to get my period I get all these breast tenderness, and vomitting feeling back ache, and I have nothing, so hopefully if i am, I don't feel anything!!

Hi,

No worries, some women feel like thier normal selves through most of their pregnancies. Additionally, some women don't get morning sickness until week 8 or 10....there are no rules where morning sickness is concerned. I had no morning sickness and only a little bit of breast tenderness with my first and every syptom for 3 months with my second. I am now expecting and sick as a dog. Count youself lucky. If you are really worried mention it to your doctor at you next appointment. All the best.
