i had this bad pain inside of my uteris and i have been cramping for 2 weeks is this a sign ? ↓

it could be when i got prego with my son b4 i found out i actually got a really bad cramp in my stomach and i actually almost fell it hurt so bad...but you could also just be paranoid ↑
