Ok this is OT but still kinda funny. My dad is a great cook and he is always trying some new crap that was on food network. Well he made this really good meat loaf. I don't normally like meatloaf, but this was great. So he gave me the link and I tried to make it last night. Well I did not take after my fater in the cooking department so I had to work really hard on the meat loaf. After it was done my husband said that it was good, but did I put hot sauce in it. I said no, but it has a little kick and that is what I like so much about it. He lvoes hot food and puts hot sauce on almost everything and he said well it is more then a little kick. I wondered why he said that so I went and had a small bite. I almost choaked to death it was so spicy hot. To make a long story short it called for 2 tsp of chili powder and 2 tsp of red pepper and 2 tsp of cayian(spelling) pepper. I had used 2 tablespoons of each.

I just wanted to share my cooking blunder with you all because my family is stuck having it for left overs because I never cook 2 nights in a row :)

Silly Girl!!!! I'm sure you'll never live that one down.

I have a great meatloaf for you. Use a pound of ground turkey, stuffing in a can (use however much you like), 1 egg and pizza or pasta sauce. Tastes delicious! I use the same recipie with less sauce and stuffing and they are the most tender, juicy, tastiest burgers ever. Ok, that is only my opinion and my family. You can also mix ground beef or turkey with sausage for a great taste as well and broil them, yummy. Thank goodness I just ate dinner.
