This is my daily meal, does this make me Anorerexic...
I wake up at 8:00 AM, and I have a cup of coffee, and then around 2pm. I will have one proten bar (20 carbs) and then around 7pm, I eat half of my dinner . But 20 mins later I am in the bathroom throwing it up...
About a year ago I was a major Bulimic, I threw up everything that I didnt eat baisically. I lost a ton of weight about 40lbs...
But changed my eatting habbits but lately I keep hearing that I am extreamly pale, and gettng really thin very fast... I tell them it is because I dont have an appatite and because I jog about a mile and a half every other day, I really dont think I have a problem again, it was so hard to stop my first one... But if so many people are saying the same thing, doesnt that make it true.... I am never hungery and so I dont eat...
I need to kno if I have a problem, I am 4'6" and am 100lbs,( last time I was weigh'd' 7months ago), I think my eating habbits are totally normal... NEED INPUT!! ↓
