hi jessy, it's good that you have identified the problem and how you know that it is that person that is the trigger for your eating behaviour. all i can say is that time helped me. Your are already a step a head knowing the 'trigger'. It's taken me a couple of years to find my trigger to Bulimia, and it just takes time and practice of being in that situation and not resulting the eating behaviour. all the best ↑ |
