average weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week, but if your young you can lose more. eat about 1200 calories a day and excrise. Stay way form junk food, fast food and sugar. Learn to love lean meats such as chicken and fish. Love your veggies and fruit. That alone should make you lose 10 pounds in a month and you will go down a clothing size, cardio....like running is a great excrise. But always check with you doctor before you start a program.--oh and try to drink 70oz of water a day. ↑ |
