Hi. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me. Okay so i was fairly overweight and have recently lost 30lbs. My goal wieght was 110 and i have reached it. However, i still only eat less than 800 calories a day(im a competitive soccer player and also cross train 5 days a week) I know this is not enough. THe problem is I allow myself to indulge once a week. By this point im so hungry that i binge its really bad b/c then i feel the urge to exercise 2X as hard and eat less calories??? is this a problem can someone help?

You're just thinking, i can eat as much bad food today, so that tommorrow onwards i just don't eat a lot. Limit yourself for eating bad things, they are ok once in a while but don't eat too much. Eat good healthy food and exercise you MUST have atleast 1200 caloriess a day because if you don't your body feels it needs to store for you. then it stores more fat!

okay it looks like this may turn into a problem if you want to keep up the exercise levels that you're maintaining. think about it this way: you wlil get to a point where you simply not be physically capable of doing your soccer training etc - and i'm sure that you don't want that. you and the people who are around you will much more enjoy a fit, healthy person around than an unhealthy person yes? so try to raise your calories at least by a couple of hundred, until they are around 2000 per day - you'll burn them off easily as. and remember: its okay to binge occassionally, as long as you're not making yourself sick in the process. get the most out of your body and your sport, and good luck.
