I'm constantly worried about what and how much I eat, Im tired most of the time and can get really angry all of a sudden but only for a minute. My friend thinks I have a problem bacause I dont snack (as it makes me bloat and feel quilty) and I break what i do eat into small peices (I find it easier to eat like that) After meals I feel sick. Please help, I don't know what is going on with me and I don't want to tell family or friends my worries becasue they have bigger problems and I need to be strong for them.

I was the same way when I was in middle school..It could be OCD..But remember this, if you're hungry, go ahead and snack on somthing, anything you want under 200 calories. Snacking keeps your metabolism high and your blood sugar levels steady, so you won't feel so tired and cranky all the time. Also, are you well hydrated? I know from experience that eating without drinking makes me feel tired and weak after..Try these tips, I hope they help:)
