situps and crunches do nothing to help you lose weight on your stomach. there is no way to target weight loss on a certain body part. to lose fat and weight anywhere you need to do cardio such as running, walking, or swimming & change diet

Situps help to tighten but they DO NOT remove the layer of fat covering your abs. Only diet and exercise will

They help tone the stomach area but not loose fat from it you need cardio for that
