Hi, i feel really really fat. I'm 15 and i weigh like 135 pounds and im only 5 foot 2 inches!!!!! I know that becoming anorexic is dangerous but i have tried everything. I have been on diets, i go to the gym and i play sports and i am so incredibly fat compared to everyone in my year. I would like to be really skinny but i don't know what to do.
Already, i eat only fruit for lunch and just a hot chocolate for breakfast. It completely shatters my self confidence being this fat. I'm so confused
Please help me. I want to be thin.

I was in the same situation as you- I'm 14, 5'1 and weigh 113 pounds. Before Christmas, I weighed 137 pounds and looked discusting! Since Christmas, I've only had junk food once ! I eat all 3 meals and snacks, I just stick to the 4 food groups. I also go for 3 walks a day, with my dog about 20 minutes each. Plus, I stretch after every walk. I also paly hockey and try to limit the time I spend infront of the TV and the computer. Not only do I look alot better, I feel soooooo much better too! Keeping fit and eating healthy is the way to go- PLEASE DONT GO ANOREXIC!!!

Anorexia is a serious illness not an option instead of dieting. Maybe your starving yourself so your metabolism is really slow. This is often the case for Yo Yo dieters or people trying to lose weight quick. Hot chocolate for breakfast?? thats provi ding you with absoutely no goodness for the day? Did you know going a whole year without a breakfast can lead to you gaining up to 10lbs. Start the day with a fruit smoothy or healthy cereal and keep up the exercise. A lot of teenagers store a bit of extra fat which soon disappears.
