In the past I was anorexic, since then ive gained about 25 pounds, now I want to lose weight again, but i CAN NOT end this endless cycle of uncontrolled eating. Each day I start with the best of intentions, by the end of the day I stuff my face, promising that i will really start tomorrow, and I wont eat. Its the same thing every day. What do I do?? How do I get my discipline back?

are you sure youre really "stuffing " your face? it may be distorted... and instead of trying to get disaplin for starvation, try to get disaplin for living healthy... thats the hardest thing of all. to have the disaplin to LOVE life and yourself even when youre not underweight.
lol im not being ahypocrite though.. i am struggling to try to gain weight and love myself at the same time... its horrible but I want my mind to learn to focus on other things besides my weight and food and numbers.

just because you have gained doesn't mean you need to loose it. it could develope into muscle try to work out at a steadier pase and your body will get stronger.

Why do you wont to lose weight again? Why did you put the weight on in the first place? Did you do it for yourself or to please someone else?

Hi, Ang
Since eatting is what we need to survive. You should try exercising & eating 3 to 5 small meals a day the trick to staying skinny is shrinking your stomach now if you don't listen it will not work & you will go back to your old ways. Take it from me that is what I do & my weight stays at 115-118 I'm only 5 feet 4 inches try it you might be supprised. Good Luck.
Sincerely,
Juanita

I do the same thing
but right now i am starting to drink lots and lots of water, and lots of green tea without sugur, because green tea cleans out your body of all the Toxins (makes you go to the bathroom)
And i just started that system last week, and it seems to be working quite well, latly.. so hopefully it might work for you
but then i also will binge then throw up.
