Hi,
You are not alone, in fact I did the same during my pregnancy although I did not want to hurt my child so at the very begining I did it almost everyday but when I felt him fluttering it triggered me and began to protect him against my own self though I would binge or just eat and then purge at least once a month but no more then two times if every month. Thank God you are still ok and so is your baby. I ate right after purging because I know about nutrition and dieting and starving or leaving your body with a its fuel, a meal, it would go into a catabolic stage, meaning that it would store more fat and eat your muscle away which without it , your body cannot burn fat. Muscles need protein in oreder to burn fat, so I'd eat a healthy meal high in protein, no fat and veggies for the fiber.
Please think about your baby, he/she deserve just the best...I am going through a tough time as I, after delivering my son, began this horrible cycle again and it has not stop, please be strong and mentally prepared. Lets do this for them because they need us to be alive in order to take care of them...this is our perdition and we got to overcome it or at least minimize its frequency.
Please keep posting.

from my experience from dealing with this for 9 years now is this... every pregnancy I stopped and if you are doing it not to gain weight during it is not going to help... at all with my youngest I did it so much before he was born and then just basically stopped eating durning the pregnancy and gained 80lbs.... with my other 2 kids I ate all the time and gained around 30-40.... with this baby in the beginning I was battling the fear of gaining and now I am 5 months and I have gained 7lbs only and I have been good.... and also If you notice most bulimic women are not tiny unless they are anorexic half the time... so its not a good weight loss technique it just makes you grouchy with headaches... it becomes a habit to not feel and a cover up for dealing.... I wish you the best
