longest ive done a diet was for 3 weeks and it was a one meal a day diet, now i cant back into the swing of things any tips ?

The best "diet" is eating something really healthy every 2-3 hrs. example:
8:00am sm. bowl of cereal (bkfast)
10am orange (snack)
12pm salad (lunch)
2pm 2-3 wheat crackers, w/ cheese slice
530pm 1/2 tuna sandwich w/ tomato slice
8pm fat free yogurt
Eating this often, keeps metabolism shot through the roof, and you will feel AWESOME, because you are getting constant nutrients throughout the day. Drinking lots of water, while eating, and in between snacks and meals keep you hydrated, so your skin looks really supple and fresh all the time. I lost five lbs a week eating like this, cause your body needs healthy calories to be able to burn bad calories. This would be something to look into. Also, eating this way doesn't ruin your body, like starving or barfing. Hope you take control, and start treating yourself to a healthy eating plan! You're worth it!

2pm, 530pm, and 8pm would be snack, dinner, snack. I'm sure you figured that out, but just thought I'd make sure you knew where I was going with this.
