Hi everyone. My problem is that i work in a bar full time, and ive been bulimic for many years, and while i manage to purge everything i eat during the daytime, after my shift ends in the evening (about 11pm) i am so hungry and exhausted that i cant be bothered to purge. all i need is something that will make me full late on at night - whatever it is. after such a long and tiring shift that last thing i wanna do is make the effort to purge and so i need something to make me wanna go straight to bed afterwards instead of a sandwich or something. can anyone help?
hope everyone's ok
love Hannah ([email protected])

im in your situation exactly except that i dont work in a bar, i get out so late and Im so tired to purge... I alwas have a headache and I wish I didn have to purge when I got home.... if you are able to eat something and not purge ( i always end up purging no matter how much i promise mysel fthat i wont at night) you could have fruit (fiber), salad ( no calories), diet coke, or have fiber one cereal and a lot of water, there are only 60 cal per serving so you wont feel the need to purge becuase of cal but the fiber exapnds and makes you feel full in your stomach...

Snack at work on things like carrots and celery with a lowfat dip, this way you're not eating anything bad and at the same time you aren't going to be starving when you get off work. Also, drink Diet Rite soda,it has no carbs, caffiene, sodium or calories in it and it's better tasting than water!

Try eating tuna fish with crackers. You can eat without throwing up just eat lots of small portions. Do you know that you can get brain damage from not eating right. I pray for you. I don't throw up but I don't eat alot but enough. GOOD LUCK.
