Okay... This isn't your fault at all. I think you should tell your parents. They won't be mad. They'll try to help you! You do need help. You're brave for admitting this, you took the first step! Well done! That's a hard thing to do. Anyway, back to your parents... I'm sure they won't be dissapointed. Good luck. x

you need to talk with your parents because it doesn't get easier. I started when i was around your age and i am 30 and have two kids and still having problems. i truely believe if i would have had the courage when i was younger to go to my parents i would have a much easier life getting it put behind me early on. they have lots of help out there. if you mention it to your doctor they should be able to get you in contact with someone. i don't know if this helps i hope it does. good luck remember your parents love you and they will help you through. If you don't feel comfortable talking with your parents still go to a school counsler. please think about talking with your parents first. you need help!

Your parents will care for you and love you no matter what. You really should tell them. If their child is suffering most parents have an idea that something is going on, but are reluctant to know what to do and usually wish that their child would confide in them.

If you don't seek some help now then you may find yourself on the road to causing permanent damage to your body.

I feel that your parents would rather be given the opportunity to help than have to stand by and watch you suffer and make yourself ill.
